At WeKart Online Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is physically damaged during delivery

The wrong product has been delivered

The product is Dead on Arrival (DOA)
To request a return, the following conditions must be strictly met:

Customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories
๐ Important: Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

No unboxing video is provided

Physical damage caused after delivery

Product is used, tampered, or improperly handled

Compatibility issues (e.g., DVR/NVR configuration problems)

Data loss or recording-related complaints

Change of mind or incorrect purchase
3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5โ7 business days

Refund will be credited to the original payment method
-
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
4. Important Note on Data
WeKart Online Store is not responsible for any data loss under any circumstances.
Customers are strongly advised to maintain backup of all important recordings/data before installation, replacement, or usage.

5. Raise a Return Request
To initiate a return request, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
