1 Warranty Coverage
โœ“ CCTV Hard Disks are covered under 2 Years Limited Warranty (if mentioned on product page).
โœ“ Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
โœ“ Warranty support includes repair or replacement as per WeKart Online Store's decision after inspection.
โœ“ Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2 Warranty Does NOT Cover
โœ— Physical damage (cracks, dents, broken parts)
โœ— Burn or short circuit damage
โœ— Water or liquid damage
โœ— Power surge or voltage fluctuation damage
โœ— Improper installation by unqualified technician
โœ— Tampering, opened seal, or unauthorized repairs
โœ— Firmware corruption due to improper use
โœ— Data loss under any circumstances

3 Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, follow these steps:

1 Email us at warranty@wekartonline.com with your Order ID.
2 Describe the product issue clearly with photos or videos if possible.
3 Provide testing proof (diagnostic report or video) if requested by our team.
4 Our support team will verify and share return/pickup instructions.
5 Product will be inspected after receiving โ€” approval decision within 5-7 working days.
๐Ÿ“Œ Incomplete claims (missing Order ID or proof) may cause delays. Please provide all required details in your first email.
4 Replacement Policy
โœ“ Replacement will be provided only after inspection and approval.
โœ“ If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund may be issued at WeKart Online Store's discretion.
โœ“ Warranty period does not extend beyond the original purchase date.
โœ“ Replacement product carries the remaining warranty of the original product only.
5 Important Notice on Data & Installation

โœ“ WeKart Online Store is not responsible for any data loss under any condition.
โœ“ Installation must be performed by a qualified technician only.
โœ“ Improper installation voids the warranty immediately.
