Warranty Policy – WeKart Online Store

WeKart Online Store provides warranty support on selected products as per product listing details.


1. Warranty Coverage

  • CCTV hard disks are covered under 2 Years Limited Warranty (if mentioned on product page).

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Warranty support includes repair or replacement as per company decision.


2. Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Physical damage

  • Burn or short circuit damage

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Power surge damage

  • Improper installation

  • Tampering or opened seal

  • Firmware corruption due to improper use

  • Data loss under any circumstances

Data recovery is not included in warranty.


3. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us with Order ID.

  2. Share product issue details.

  3. Provide testing proof (if required).

  4. Follow return instructions provided by our support team.

Inspection will be conducted before approval.


4. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be provided after inspection.

  • If replacement stock is unavailable, refund may be issued.

  • Warranty does not extend beyond original purchase period.


5. Important Notice on Data

We strongly recommend maintaining backup of important CCTV recordings.
WeKart Online Store is not responsible for any data loss under any condition.

Installation should be performed by a qualified technician. Improper installation voids warranty.
