โ CCTV Hard Disks are covered under 2 Years Limited Warranty (if mentioned on product page).
โ Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
โ Warranty support includes repair or replacement as per WeKart Online Store's decision after inspection.
โ Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
๐ Warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Always check the product page for specific warranty details before buying.

Warranty Does NOT Cover
โ Physical damage (cracks, dents, broken parts)
โ Burn or short circuit damage
โ Water or liquid damage
โ Power surge or voltage fluctuation damage
โ Improper installation by unqualified technician
โ Tampering, opened seal, or unauthorized repairs
โ Firmware corruption due to improper use
โ Data loss under any circumstances
โ ๏ธ Data Recovery is NOT included in warranty under any condition. WeKart Online Store is not responsible for any data loss.

Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, follow these steps:
1 Email us at warranty@wekartonline.com with your Order ID.
2 Describe the product issue clearly with photos or videos if possible.
3 Provide testing proof (diagnostic report or video) if requested by our team.
4 Our support team will verify and share return/pickup instructions.
5 Product will be inspected after receiving โ approval decision within 5-7 working days.
๐ Incomplete claims (missing Order ID or proof) may cause delays. Please provide all required details in your first email.

Replacement Policy
โ Replacement will be provided only after inspection and approval.
โ If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund may be issued at WeKart Online Store's discretion.
โ Warranty period does not extend beyond the original purchase date.
โ Replacement product carries the remaining warranty of the original product only.

โ WeKart Online Store is not responsible for any data loss under any condition.
โ Installation must be performed by a qualified technician only.
โ Improper installation voids the warranty immediately.
โ ๏ธ Always ensure your power supply is stable and use a proper voltage stabilizer with CCTV hard disks to avoid damage.
