๐ How to Claim Warranty โ Step by Step
Contact Us via Email, WhatsApp or Call
Reach out to our warranty team using any of the 3 options below. Share your Order ID, purchase date and describe the issue clearly.
Send Product Photos
Our team will ask you to share clear photos of the defective product โ including the label, seal and the issue visible on the product.
Ship the Product to Us
After verification, ship the product to our service center address. We will share the address via WhatsApp or email. Shipping cost to us is borne by the customer.
Replacement Dispatched
Once we receive and verify the defective product, a replacement unit will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. Return shipping is free from our side.
