My DVR is showing "HDD Not Found" โ€” what should I do?
This is usually a power supply issue and not a faulty HDD. Please try these steps:
  • Check that the SATA data cable and power cable are firmly connected
  • Replace your DVR power adapter with a new 12V 2Aโ€“4A adapter
  • Touch the HDD after 1 minute โ€” it should be slightly warm and spinning
  • Try connecting the HDD to another DVR or computer to confirm it is working

All WeKart products come with a 2 Year Carry-In Replacement Warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and hardware failure during normal use. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse or tampered seal.
How do I register my product warranty?
Register your warranty online in under 2 minutes! Visit our Warranty Registration Page, fill in your details and submit. You will receive an instant confirmation email with your warranty expiry date. Register within 30 days of purchase.
How do I claim warranty?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 10-day easy return and replacement policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact us within 10 days. After 10 days, the 2 Year Warranty covers replacement for manufacturing defects.
Can I return the product if I ordered by mistake or changed my mind?
Returns are accepted within 10 days only for defective or wrong products. Change of mind returns are not accepted for opened products. If the product is unopened and unused, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will try to help.
How long does refund take?
Once the returned product is received and verified by our team:

Every shipment passes through multiple quality check levels before it leaves our warehouse. This means the chances of a wrong product being sent are extremely rare.

  • The video must be recorded in one single continuous take โ€” no cuts, no pauses, no editing
  • Start recording before opening the outer package โ€” show the sealed package first
  • Show all 6 sides of the outer box clearly before opening
  • The shipping label with your name and order ID must be clearly visible
  • Open the package on camera and show the product, all accessories and invoice
  • Show all sides of the product clearly โ€” label, connectors, every angle
  • The video must be in original quality โ€” do not compress or resize
  • Submit within 24 hours of delivery
Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process any wrong or damaged product claim โ€” no exceptions.
