At WeKart Online Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

โœ“ The product is physically damaged during delivery.
โœ“ The wrong product was delivered.
โœ“ The product is dead on arrival (DOA).

To request a return, the following conditions must be met:

โœ“ Customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
โœ“ An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
โœ“ Product must be unused and in original packaging.
๐Ÿ“Œ Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any condition.
2 Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

โœ— No unboxing video is provided.
โœ— Product shows physical damage caused after delivery.
โœ— Product is used, tampered, or opened improperly.
โœ— Compatibility issues due to DVR/NVR configuration.
โœ— Data loss complaints.
โœ— Change of mind purchases.
3 Refund Process
โœ“ Once returned product is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days.
โœ“ Refund will be credited to original payment method.
โœ“ COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
4 Important Note on Data

WeKart Online Store is not responsible for any data loss. Customers must maintain backup of important recordings before installation or replacement.
