At WeKart Online Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
โ The product is physically damaged during delivery.
โ The wrong product was delivered.
โ The product is dead on arrival (DOA).
To request a return, the following conditions must be met:
โ Customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
โ An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
โ Product must be unused and in original packaging.
๐ Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any condition.

Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
โ No unboxing video is provided.
โ Product shows physical damage caused after delivery.
โ Product is used, tampered, or opened improperly.
โ Compatibility issues due to DVR/NVR configuration.
โ Data loss complaints.
โ Change of mind purchases.

Refund Process
โ Once returned product is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5โ7 business days.
โ Refund will be credited to original payment method.
โ COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

WeKart Online Store is not responsible for any data loss. Customers must maintain backup of important recordings before installation or replacement.
โ ๏ธ Data recovery is not covered under returns or warranty under any condition.
