OEM & Open Box Product Warranty Policy
Applicable on all OEM / Tray / Open Box products sold by WeKart Online Store โ including Processors (CPU), Hard Disk Drives, SSDs, CCTV Surveillance HDDs, and other computer hardware.
What is an OEM / Open Box Product?
Many products sold by WeKart Online Store โ such as processors, hard disk drives, SSDs, and other hardware โ are supplied as OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) / Tray units or Open Box units, rather than sealed retail-boxed products. This is a common and genuine industry practice, and does not affect product performance or quality.

Sold without manufacturer retail packaging. Product is genuine and factory-tested, and comes with a WeKart GST invoice. Not eligible for the manufacturer's direct consumer warranty โ WeKart provides the warranty instead.

Product may have opened/inspected packaging (for quality checks, returns, or display) but is functionally new/tested. Covered under WeKart's own warranty terms as stated on the product page.

Applicable products (such as processors and hard disk drives) may carry a WeKart warranty verification signature and/or a warranty sticker on the unit, used solely to identify genuine warranty-eligible units.
โ ๏ธ Please do NOT remove, clean, scratch, alter, or tamper with any signature or warranty sticker present on the product, under any circumstances.
If the signature or sticker is removed, faded, damaged, modified, or becomes unreadable, the warranty on that unit will be considered void and ineligible for any claim, replacement, or support.

How to Claim Warranty

Terms & Conditions
- OEM / Open Box products are not covered under the original manufacturer's direct consumer warranty; warranty is provided exclusively by WeKart Online Store.
- Warranty is void if the warranty signature/sticker is removed, damaged, or tampered with.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, burn marks, or damage caused by incorrect installation.
- Warranty period starts from the date of delivery, as mentioned on the invoice.
- A valid WeKart GST invoice is required for all warranty claims.
- WeKart reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.
