How to Claim Warranty Replacement
If you are experiencing an issue with your hard disk and require a replacement under warranty, please follow the steps below:
- Ship the defective hard disk to the address mentioned below.
- Include your Order ID or Invoice inside the package or clearly write it on the outside of the package. This helps us process your request quickly.
- Once shipped, share the tracking details with us via email or phone so we can monitor the shipment.
- Upon receiving and verifying the defective unit, we will ship a brand-new replacement hard disk to your registered address at the earliest.
