Return and Replacement Policy

Wekartonline takes customer satisfaction seriously and aims to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes you may not be fully satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we have a simple and straightforward return and replacement policy in place.

Returns

We do not provide any kind of refund amount if the buyer doesn't like our product. We provide only a replacement of the product, within 7 days of the order being delivered. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. 

Refunds

In case of any reason when we provide a refund for the shipping charge, the payment gateway transaction fee will be deducted from the final amount. If the customer pays via cash on delivery, then the payment gateway transaction fee and COD collection fees will be deducted from the final amount, and the final payment will be released to the buyer. Also, if the customer applied any coupon code, then it will be deducted from the final amount.

Replacement

For a replacement, the buyer has to pay both sides of the shipping charges to Wekartonline. Please note that the replacement will only be initiated after the returned product has been received and verified by our quality control team.

Agreement

By purchasing from our website, the customer must agree with these conditions. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.
